ThermoEnergy offers a service contracts and options to facilitate solving customer problems. Among these are:
Specified Term Service Contract.
For qualifying customers, ThermoEnergy will install equipment under a long term service arrangement, whereby the customer pays for it based on use and performance over a specified length of time; so for example, if a system were needed to process a specified amount of waste water per months, ThermoEnergy would install the equipment and charged based on the amount of water processed. As another example, if the focus was to remove a specified amount of waste from a waste water stream (e.g., ammonia), ThermoEnergy would install the equipment and charge based on the ammonia removed. Typically these contracts would be for a defined term and would entail customer guarantees as to quantity and composition of waste water being sent to the system.
For qualifying customers, ThermoEnergy can arrange equipment financing for equipment needed.
Product Placement Services and/or brokering
In many situations, ThermoEnergy systems entail recovering chemicals from waste streams that may be resold (e.g., fertilizer products). Since the sale of these products can sometimes require specialized skills not typically held by the customer, ThermoEnergy will provide services to arrange for the sale of the products into local or national markets, enabling the customer to realize the value of these products as an offset to his operating costs.
